THRESHOLD — the resource atlas

Find what you need, near you

A working map of shelter, food, clothing, legal help, medical care, recovery, and meetings across Contra Costa County. Every place here was checked by hand against the provider's own listing. Per-record sources and verification dates are being added, and the list below works whether or not the map loads.

If you are in danger right now, the lifelines are here. Call 988 for a mental health or suicide crisis, or 911 for an emergency.

The map, and the same places as a list

Filter by what you need. Everything on the map is written out below as well, so the page still works if the map does not load.

About this list

Seed directory field-verified for Contra Costa County in spring 2026, drawn from county sources, the 211 directory, and each organization. Hours and programs shift, so call ahead before you travel. In production this atlas is served from the same data layer that powers SAGE, so a correction made once reaches every place it appears.
