Terms of Use
Short, plain terms for a small nonprofit’s website. Using the site means you accept them.
Status
Version 1, posted July 25, 2026. Written in‑house to describe how this site is actually used. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. Pro bono review is being arranged, and the reviewed version will be posted here with a new date. Until then this is what we actually do, written by the people who do it.
Who runs this site
Enfiaré Inc., a California nonprofit public‑benefit corporation, California Entity No. 5436076, EIN 93‑3264598. Our federal 501(c)(3) recognition has not yet been granted, and contributions are not represented as tax‑deductible at this time.
This is information, and it is not an emergency service
Everything here is general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, or housing advice, and reading it creates no professional or counseling relationship with anyone. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental‑health crisis support, call or text 988.
About the resource listings
The Get Help page and the resource atlas are assembled from public sources, and each record shows how it was checked and when. Records checked against a provider's own website carry that date and a link to the source. Records marked listed have not been through that check. Hours change. Phone numbers get reassigned. Eligibility rules move without notice. Call ahead before you travel to a place. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. We do not run these programs and we cannot guarantee that anyone will be served.
The pledge
Signing the Stewardship Pledge is a statement of intent. It creates no membership, no voting right, no volunteer assignment by itself, and no financial obligation in either direction. Sign for yourself, under a name you are entitled to use. Entries that look like impersonation, spam, or abuse get removed.
The policy drafts are yours to take
Our published bill text and model legislation are released under a CC0 public‑domain dedication, stated on the pages that carry them. Adopt them, amend them, strip them for parts, or run them under another name in any legislature. No permission is needed. Attribution is welcome and never required. That is the point of publishing them.
Everything else on the site
The Enfiaré and Kazumizi names, the emblem, and the quadrant marks belong to Enfiaré Inc. The writing, design, photographs, and artwork here are ours except where credited otherwise. Quote us with attribution and a link. Ask before republishing whole pages or putting the marks on goods, and when the use fits the mission the answer is usually yes.
The shop
Kazumizi Art & Apparel listings are hosted on Etsy. Buying happens there, under Etsy’s terms and the seller’s policies, and questions about an order, a shipment, or a return go through Etsy rather than through this site.
Links out
We link to agencies, funders, publishers, and services we do not control. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and their policies govern what happens once you leave.
What we can and cannot promise
We work hard on accuracy and we publish corrections when we get something wrong. Even so, this site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Enfiaré Inc. and its directors, officers, and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on a listing. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, and which law applies
These terms carry a date, and a revised version replaces the one before it from the day it is posted. California law governs, with venue in Contra Costa County.
